Since ancient times, the Maremma area has been characterized by the presence of wild boars, which hunts have given rise, over time, to gastronomic preparations of remarkable culinary art.
The product is made from selected Italian pork and wild boar meats and a mix of bacon and shoulder cuts flavored according to traditional Tuscan recipes.
